Terms of Service

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent our terms or abuse promotions.

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Subscription pricing and plans are managed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• All prices are shown in your local currency as determined by your app store region.

4.2 Free Trial

• New users may be eligible for a time-limited free trial of premium features.
• Trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Your payment method may be authorized at the start of the trial for future billing.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You are billed through your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and for each renewal.

4.4 Payment Processing and Billing

• All payments are processed exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• We do not directly process payments or have access to your full payment information.
• Billing inquiries and payment issues must be resolved with Apple or Google.

4.5 Cancellation

• You must cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings, not directly through the App.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

4.6 Pricing Changes

• We may change subscription prices at any time, subject to the policies of Apple and Google.
• Existing subscribers may be notified of price changes and may need to consent to continue at the new price.

4.7 Refunds

• Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies.
• We do not process refunds directly.

4.8 Failed Payments

• If payment fails, your subscription may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
• We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions after multiple failed payment attempts.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions.
• Share account credentials with others.
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmit harmful, malicious, or inappropriate content.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App.

When using any community features, you agree to:

• Use appropriate usernames and profile information.
• Not harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Respect intellectual property rights of others.
• Avoid posting spam, advertisements, or inappropriate content.

Our rights

• The Udiko App, including its design, features, content, and functionality, is owned by Udiko and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• Our trademarks, logos, and learning materials are our exclusive property.

Your rights

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content.

8.1 Service Availability

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.
• Some features may not be available in all geographic locations.

8.2 App Updates

• We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.
• Updates may be automatic and may require compatibility with your device's operating system.

9.1 Service Disclaimers

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
• We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 Learning Outcomes

• We make no guarantees about your ability to achieve fluency or proficiency.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of educational content or specific learning outcomes.

9.3 Liability Limitation

• In no event shall Udiko be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or learning progress, regardless of the theory of liability.

10.1 User Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

10.2 Account Deletion

• You may delete your account at any time using the account deletion feature within the App.
• We will delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

10.3 Company Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms, without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to discontinue the service at any time.

11.1 Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Arbitration

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App may be resolved through binding arbitration, where permitted by law.
• You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
