This policy explains how refunds work for Udiko subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
1. General Refund Policy
Udiko does not process refunds directly for app store purchases. All refunds for subscriptions are managed by Apple (for iOS) and Google (for Android) in accordance with their respective policies.
2. Additional Refund Eligibility
While Udiko cannot issue refunds directly, our support team can assist you if you experience technical issues, billing errors, or problems accessing your subscription.
We can provide documentation and guidance to help you request a refund through Apple or Google when applicable.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Accounts suspended or terminated for policy violations.
- Third-party charges or fees from app stores.
- Free trial periods (no charge to refund).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow the steps provided by your platform. Apple and Google make the final decision on refund eligibility.
For App Store purchases (iOS):
- All refunds for iOS subscriptions must be requested through Apple's App Store.
- Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Udiko → Report a Problem.
- Apple handles all iOS refund requests directly and independently and makes the final decision.
For Google Play purchases (Android):
- Refund requests should be submitted through Google Play Store.
- Visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory and select your Udiko purchase.
- Request a refund from Google Play. Google makes the final decision on refund approval.
Direct support:
- Contact us at udikoapp@gmail.com if you experience technical issues or billing problems.
- Include your account email and purchase details so we can assist you more quickly.
- We typically respond within 24-48 hours and can provide documentation to support your app store request.
5. Processing Time
Refund processing times vary depending on Apple, Google, and your payment provider.
You will receive email confirmation from Apple or Google when your refund is processed.
6. Refund Methods
Refunds are always issued by Apple or Google to the original payment method used for purchase.
Processing times depend on the app store and your payment provider.
7. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.
- Refunds return money for payments already made, subject to store policies.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.
- Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
8. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at udikoapp@gmail.com so we can help resolve the issue.
Filing a chargeback through your bank or card provider may temporarily limit your access to Udiko until the matter is resolved.
9. Dispute Resolution
Refund appeals must be directed to Apple or Google. Our support team can provide technical documentation to assist with your case, but the final decision rests with Apple and Google.
10. Refund Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
11. Contact Information
